ITA – REGOLAMENTO / BLOGGER CONTEST.2016

1 – FINALITÀ
Con lo spirito di raccontare la montagna in tutte le sue espressioni e diffondere l’interesse per la narrazione attraverso i nuovi media e l’uso creativo dei linguaggi multimediali, altitudini.it in collaborazione con Le Dolomiti Bellunesi, AKU trekking & outdoor footwear e l’Associazione Gente di Montagna bandisce la 5a edizione del Blogger Contest.
Il Contest è aperto a tutti i blogger che scrivono su un blog, su una rivista digitale (personale o di altri editori) o su una propria pagina facebook. La partecipazione è gratuita.

2 – TEMA DEL CONCORSO E “UNITÀ MULTIMEDIALE”
Il Contest intende premiare i blogger che sapranno interpretare il tema del concorso “Vagabondi delle montagne” con la scrittura di un racconto breve o micro-storia, accompagnato da una foto: estrema sintesi espressiva, dovuta alla rapidità di lettura di queste storie destinate, in particolare, ad utenti che le leggono su supporti digitali e mobili.
La foto può essere essa stessa complemento di una micro-storia e, fatta salva l’intenzione del fotografo di fissare quel momento, l’immagine ha una ulteriore possibilità significativa.
Testo e foto formano l’unità multimediale.

3 – MODALITÀ DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Il partecipante (blogger) deve inviare un elaborato (post) inerente il tema del concorso “Vagabondi delle montagne” nella forma più efficace per essere valutato come “unità multimediale” (vedi art. 2 e art. 5).
Ogni blogger può presentare una sola “unità multimediale”. Testo e foto devono essere pubblicati anche nel proprio blog, rivista digitale o pagina facebook e non devono mai essere stati presentati in nessun concorso.
Il blogger che non ha un proprio blog, rivista digitale o pagina facebook, può utilizzare altitudini.it come sito di pubblicazione e nel caso non abbia mai pubblicato nessun post su altitudini.it, non riceverà nessun punteggio nel giudizio “5d”.
L’“unità multimediale” dovrà essere composta da:
a) un testo di 400 parole, nella propria lingua madre, in un unico file di testo in formato doc (è concesso al max 10% in più di parole);
b) una foto digitale (in formato JPEG della dimensione almeno di 2000 pixel sul lato maggiore), si accettano anche immagini analogiche digitalizzate, disegni e opere pittoriche. Il file digitale dovrà essere nominato come segue: cognome nome bc16.jpg).
Testo e foto vanno inviati all’indirizzo email redazione@altitudini.it.
Il materiale non conforme a quanto disposto non verrà preso in esame.

4 – MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE E TERMINI PER L’ISCRIZIONE
I blogger possono far pervenire le propria iscrizione dal 1 luglio al 10 settembre 2016 (entro le ore 24.00) compilando la scheda di iscrizione presente in www.altitudini.it. La redazione di altitudini.it invierà una mail di risposta per confermare la ricezione del materiale.

5 – MODALITÀ DI SELEZIONE
Le “unità multimediali” ammesse saranno valutate a giudizio insindacabile e inappellabile di una giuria formata da persone qualificate nel campo culturale, scientifico, alpinistico e giornalistico. La giuria entro il 30 settembre indicherà i tre blogger vincitori. Il giudizio sarà formulato in centesimi in base ai seguenti criteri:
a) capacità complessiva della “unita multimediale” di esprimere il tema del concorso;
b) qualità del testo (originalità, creatività, contenuti, stile di scrittura);
c) qualità della immagine (tecnica, originalità, creatività, valore documentale, coerenza con i contenuti narrativi);
d) padronanza del mezzo di comunicazione e dei relativi linguaggi.

6 – PUBBLICAZIONE E PREMI
Tutti le “unità multimediali” che partecipano al Contest saranno inserite in una apposta pagina di altitudini.it che formerà una piattaforma di consultazione delle diverse “unità multimediali”.
I blogger vincitori verranno premiati con materiali e servizi offerti da aziende sponsor. Le migliori “unità multimediali” saranno pubblicate sulle pagine web di planetmountain.com, thepillmagazine.com, aku.it e sulla rivista cartacea Le Dolomiti Bellunesi.
Fra tutti i partecipanti la giuria inoltre selezionerà quattro blogger che dal 10 al 16 ottobre 2016 parteciperanno al Kiku. International Mountain Summit (IMS) di Bressanone (www.ims.bz) come inviati speciali.
Il premio ai vincitori sarà considerato come corrispettivo per l’opera prestata e si provvederà ad un apposito accordo contrattuale per l’acquisizione dei diritti di sfruttamento relativamente alle opere premiate e/o alla prestazione professionale.
Nello spirito dei social network i lettori potranno commentare le “unità multimediali” in concorso, visibili nella piattaforma di altitudini.it, ed esprimere in questo modo il loro giudizio, anche attraverso i click sul pulsante “mi piace”.
La premiazione avverrà in un incontro pubblico con la partecipazione di giurati e delle aziende sponsor entro il mese di ottobre 2016.

7 – DIRITTI D’AUTORE E TUTELA DELLA PRIVACY
Tutte le opere partecipanti al concorso rimarranno di proprietà dell’autore. Gli autori si impegnano a riconoscere a Le Dolomiti Bellunesi, senza pretendere compensi, i diritti di riproduzione, pubblicazione su libri, cataloghi, siti internet, ecc., e quant’altro ritenuto idoneo alle finalità all’Art. 1, con il solo obbligo di citare l’autore.
Il partecipante è responsabile dei contenuti dell’opera iscritta al Contest e si impegna ad escludere da ogni responsabilità Le Dolomiti Bellunesi nei confronti di terzi, inclusa la richiesta di danni morali e materiali. L’organizzazione del Contest non può essere pertanto ritenuta responsabile di controversie relative alla paternità dei testi, immagini e foto o di qualunque altra conseguenza legata alle opere oggetto del Contest.
Ai sensi degli artt. 7 e 13 del Decreto Legislativo 196/2003 i partecipanti autorizzeranno il trattamento dei dati personali ai fini della pubblicazione dell’opera e dell’attività di promozione e pubblicizzazione. A sua volta l’organizzazione, ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo n. 196/2003, garantirà che il trattamento dei dati dei candidati sarà finalizzato unicamente alla gestione del presente concorso.
La partecipazione al Contest comporterà per i partecipanti la totale accettazione del presente bando.

ENG – REGULATION / BLOGGER CONTEST.2016

1 – PURPOSE
With the purpose of depicting mountains in all of their forms and in order to spread interest for narration through new media, and the creative use of multimedia languages, the magazine Le Dolomiti Bellunesi in collaboration with altitudini.it, AKU trekking and outdoor footwear and the Association Gente di Montagna announces the 5th edition of the Blogger Contest.

The Contest is open to all bloggers who write on a blog , on a digital magazine (personal or with other editors) or on its own facebook page. Participation is free.

2 – THEME OF THE COMPETITION AND “MULTIMEDIA UNIT”
The contest aims to reward bloggers who will interpret the theme of the contest “Vagabondi delle montagne” by writing a short story or micro-story, accompanied by a picture, demonstrating an expressive synthesis specifically designed for users who read on digital and mobile media.
The photo itself may be a complement to a micro-story with the intention of the photographer to capture a particular moment, yet it should also possess a further meaning.
Text and photos form the multimedia unit.

3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The participant (bloggers) must submit a paper (post) pertaining to the contest theme “Vagabondi delle montagne” in the most effective way to be rated as a” media unit “(see art. 2 and art. 5).
Each blogger can submit only one “media unit”. Text and photos must also be published in your blog, or on a Facebook page, or digital magazine, and should have never been presented in any other competition.
The blogger who does not have a blog, or a Facebook page or a digital magazine, can use altitudini.it as a publishing site, and if he has  never published any posts on altitudini.it, will receive no credits for the evaluation section “5d”.
The “media unit” shall consist of:
a) a text, a maximum of 400 words, in his native language, in a single text file in .doc format;
b) a digital photo (JPEG size of at least 2000 pixels on the longest side), we also accept digitalized analog images, drawings and paintings. The digital file must be named with name and surname of the author and followed by the initials bc16 (example: name surname bc16.jpg).
Text and photos must be sent to the email address redazione@altitudini.it.
The material which does not comply with the preceeding requirements will not be considered.

4 – HOW TO APPLY AND APPLICATION DEADLINE
Participants can submit their own entries from 10 July to 10 September 2016 (before 24.00 CET) by completing the registration form on the website www.altitudini.it. The editorial staff of altitudini.it  will send an e-mail to confirm the material has been received.

5 – SELECTION PROCEDURE
The submitted “media units”, once confirmed as admitted to the competition, will be judged at the discretion of a jury composed of qualified persons in the field of culture, science, mountaineering and journalism. The jury will elect three winners before September 30 (first, second and third place). The judgment will be expressed in a point system from .001 to 1.0 and based on the following criteria:
a) Overall capacity of the “combined media” to express the concept of adventure as indicated in the theme of the competition;
b) Text quality (originality, creativity, content, writing style);
c) Quality of the image (technique, originality, creativity, documentary value consistent with the narrative content);
d) Mastery of the communication media and related languages.

6 – PUBLICATION AND PRIZES
All the “multimedia units” participating in the Contest will be placed in a special page of altitudini.it that will form a consultation platform of the different “media units”.
The winners will be rewarded with materials and services offered by the sponsors. The best “multimedia unit” will be published on the web pages of planetmountain.com, thepillmagazine.com, aku.it and the printed magazine Le Dolomiti Bellunesi.
Among all participants, the jury will also select four bloggers which will participate in the Kiku, International Mountain Summit (IMS) in Brixen (www.ims.bz) as special envoys on Oct. 10th through the 16th, 2016.
The prize will be regarded as rightful payment for the provided written and visual work and will count as an appropriate contractual agreement for the acquisition of all exploitation rights in respect of work and / or professional performance.
Readers will be able to comment on the competition “media units” on the altitudini.it platform to express their opinions.
The awards will be presented at a public meeting with the participation of jurors and sponsoring companies before the end of October 2016.

7 – COPYRIGHT AND PRIVACY POLICY
All entries to the competition will remain property of the original author. The authors will provide “Le Dolomiti Bellunesi” with all rights of reproduction and publication in books, catalogs, websites, etc., without claiming any compensation and with a written acknowledgment of the author’s name as sole publishing requirement.
The participant is responsible for the entire content submitted in the contest and agrees to relieve “Le Dolomiti Bellunesi” of any liability towards third parties, including moral and material damages. The organization of the contest can therefore never be held liable for any disputes concerning the authorship of the text, images and photos or any other consequence linked to the  subject matter  of the Contest.
Under Articles. 7 and 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 participants authorize the processing of personal data for the purpose of publication of the work, promotion and advertising. In turn, the organization, in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, will ensure that the processing of candidate’s data will only be geared towards the contest’s execution.
Participation in the Contest implies the total acceptance of the present announcement.
